The Art of Movement in Everyday Life
All body movement is communication.

Our bodies are constantly in motion, constantly communicating.

Our bodies express a wealth of information about our attitudes, reactions, judgments and feelings, moment by moment.

There is power, subtlety, variety and contradiction conveyed
through the body in every interaction.

Just as verbal communication has a rhythm, syntax and meaning, so nonverbal communication has a similar grammar that few of us ‘know’ about, in the cognitive sense, yet intuitively access on a daily basis. This site is for the development of ideas about moving and interaction, and about teaching others to know themselves through their bodies. It is the start of a training project, a workshop series, a way to play and make a living, and a way to serve the community.
